What is The Golden Circle?
In essence, Sinek’s Golden Circle comprises three layers: What, How, and Why. Most companies can tell you ‘what’ they do and ‘how’ they do it. However, very few can articulate ‘why’ they do what they do—and that’s where the magic happens.
