🎄 The countdown has begun! You have 60 days until Christmas. 🎅

It’s crucial to keep your business momentum going up to Christmas and into the New Year.

🚀 Right now, as a Founder & CEO coach, I’m spending time with my clients, to make the most out of the next 2 months, reviewing the past financial year and planning next year.

Here are a few key areas to focus on during these 60 days:

1️⃣ Reflect: Take a deep dive into your company’s performance in the year to date. What were the highlights and challenges? What went well? What did I learn? What didn’t go well? What can I improve? What lessons can you carry into the new year?

2️⃣ Track your goals:Have you moved towards your North Star goals? Where are you now? Where are you going? Are you on track to hit your goals? Do you need to pivot?

3️⃣ Team: Assess your team. Who do you need to hire? Where can you find them? Start thinking: Who can I bring on? Recognise and appreciate your team’s hard work throughout the year.How can you create a world-class culture?. Personally – Focus on your strengths. Delegate your weaknesses.

4️⃣ How can you better serve your customer? Treating your client well has an unlimited upside. Build a tighter community. Deliver stellar customer service. Add more value to your product.

5️⃣What can you Eliminate? Do a 80/20 bottleneck analysis.  Get your team to list all their tasks. Find their core needle movers – double down. Slash the time sinking low value tasks.

6️⃣ What can you Automate? Delegation is great, but automation is king.  What repetitive tasks are your team doing that can be automated? 0 errors, Low-cost, No management.

7️⃣ Front Load the New Year: Get a head start on 2024 by front-loading your planning and initiatives. Identify key projects or strategies that can be launched early in the new year for a strong start.Get your marketing loaded to kick start 2024 with a bang. Have your sales team book appointments in January and February in late November/December.

8️⃣ Strategic Thinking & Execution Planning: Start thinking about your business strategy for 2024. What are your goals, priorities, and initiatives for the upcoming year? Lay the groundwork for success.

9️⃣ Your Personal Growth & Health and Well-being: Don’t forget about yourself. Invest in your personal development as a leader. Consider what skills or knowledge you need to enhance in the coming year. Ensure you take time for self-care and recharge to start the new year with energy and focus.
