Personalised coaching
- 11 monthly confidential virtual half-day workshops with your Mastermind group – a think tank that multiplies everyone’s strengths. These will be facilitated by experienced Certified Coach and CEO, Jonathan Herps.
- Monthly one-to-one coaching sessions with your coach, Jonathan Herps.
- A comprehensive assessment of you and your business, designed to show you your blind spots and provide instant, actionable steps on how to improve. Your team will be benchmarked at the start and the end of the program.

Rules of engagement
- You are committed to growing and improving your business and will take the action agreed by you and the Mastermind Group to achieve your goals.
- You will be transparent with the Mastermind Group so that the group can provide the maximum support to you.
- You understand that all matters discussed in the meeting are confidential and cannot be shared with anyone outside of the Mastermind Group.
- When you achieve results from the action recommended to you, you will share these results with the Mastermind Group.
- You will attend all the Mastermind Group meetings and understand that failure to do so may result in you being removed from the group.
Annual investment
The cost of the 10X Business Growth Mastermind over the 12 months is $1,500 + GST per month payable by direct debit. A $500+GST deposit will be required to secure your position.
